Our mission
Brenelo started with a question we kept asking in our own homes: why does the same room feel completely different at nine in the evening than it does at nine in the morning? Most of the time the answer was the lighting. The overhead bulb that was fine for finding your keys was flattening everything once the sun went down.
So we set about choosing lamps for the second half of the day. Cordless table lamps that can sit wherever they are wanted. Floor lamps that light a corner without dominating it. Ceiling, wall and garden lights that do their job and stay out of the way. The aim is simple: warm, gentle light that makes a room feel finished after dark.
Who we are
Brenelo is a trading name of Lead For Success Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13160878. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, and our team operates from Cambridge, United Kingdom.
We are an online-only retailer. We do not manufacture the lighting we sell and we do not hold it in our own warehouse. Our products are made by manufacturing partners overseas, mainly in China, and are shipped to you directly from a third-party fulfilment partner. That arrangement is what lets a small team offer a wide range at sensible prices, and it is set out in full in our Shipping Policy so there are no surprises.
Our commitment
We keep the range deliberately small. We choose each piece for the quality of the light it gives, how it is built, and whether it still looks right in a room years from now — not for how many units it might shift. Fewer, better pieces are easier for us to stand behind, and easier for you to choose between.
Product photographs and specifications come from our manufacturing partners, and we check them against the product listing before it goes live. If anything you receive does not match what was described, tell us and we will put it right.
Our promise
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on every order, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, transit takes a further 5 to 7 business days, and you can follow each parcel from our Track Your Order page.
Because your order is shipped from outside the UK, import VAT or customs duty may be charged on arrival depending on the value of the consignment. Where that happens the courier collects it from you before delivery. We would rather tell you that up front than have it land as a surprise. Our Shipping Policy explains it in detail.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. If you simply change your mind, you also have 30 days to send an unused item back — our returns address is in China, so return postage for change-of-mind returns is yours to pay, and our Return and Refund Policy sets out exactly how it works. A real person answers every email, usually within 1 to 2 business days. We would rather fix a problem than argue about it.

Whatever the room, the idea is the same: warm light, honest materials and pieces that still look right in ten years.
