Brenelo is a trading name of Lead For Success Ltd, the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We respect your privacy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising across other websites in exchange for money or anything of value.
The limited information we collect, such as your name, contact details, and order history, is used only to process your orders, provide customer support, and improve your experience. Because your order is shipped from outside the United Kingdom, your name, delivery address and contact details are shared with our overseas fulfilment partner and the carriers involved, purely so your parcel can be produced, dispatched, cleared through customs and delivered. This is explained in full in our Privacy Policy.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop sending you marketing. We will action your request in line with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
How to make a request
Email us at contact@brenelo.com with your request and the email address you used at checkout, and we will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.
