Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, and you must not transmit any harmful code or interfere with the Service.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their colours, finishes, and specifications as accurately as possible; actual appearance may vary slightly. Prices for our products are shown in British Pounds (GBP), include VAT where applicable, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, limit quantities, or refuse any order.

Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it in full to your original payment method. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, and your order is confirmed once payment has been authorised. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Further detail is set out in our Billing Terms & Conditions.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, to the customer's own address. UK delivery is free, with no minimum spend. Estimated delivery is 6 to 9 business days, made up of 1 to 2 business days processing and 5 to 7 business days in transit, with an order cutoff of 6:00 PM UK time Monday to Friday. Returns, refunds and cancellation

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused, uninstalled item by post, and a separate statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee and we do not offer exchanges. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the return reaching us. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Our Service may include links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our products are also covered against manufacturing defects; if a fault appears, contact us and we will put it right.
