Who you are contracting with
Brenelo is a trading name of Lead For Success Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13160878, whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Lead For Success Ltd is the seller and the party that takes payment for your order. Your card or payment statement may show either name.
Prices and currency
All prices on brenelo.com are shown in British Pounds (GBP). Lead For Success Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT, so no VAT is added to the goods on your order. Delivery to any UK address is free, so the price shown on the product page is the amount you pay us at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed. We make every effort to display prices accurately and reserve the right to correct any errors.
Import charges are not included
Your order is shipped to you from outside the United Kingdom. Depending on the value of the consignment, UK import VAT and customs duty may become due when it arrives. Where charges apply, the carrier will contact the recipient to collect them before delivery. These charges are set by HMRC and the carrier, they are not part of the price you pay us, we do not receive them, and we cannot predict or refund them. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Payment methods
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your full card details.
When you are charged
Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Your order is confirmed once payment has been authorised, and you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Order acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Billing information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing details for every purchase. Orders with incorrect or unverifiable billing information may be delayed or cancelled.
Refunds
Any refunds are issued to your original payment method in line with our Return and Refund Policy. Import charges collected by a carrier are not paid to us and cannot be refunded by us; you may be able to reclaim them directly from HMRC or the carrier.
